Wow! To my knowledge this is the only example of this doll known. A picture of it (pre restoration) was featured in Joe Marasco's Hockey site and is generally considered to be the only known example. If it's not the only one I guarantee there aren't many. As mentioned, he's been professionally restored and cleaned and he looks gem minty on the shelf. Don't hold your breath for another to show up for sale anytime soon.
